As part of a group show presented at the Pavillon des expositions temporaires during the Art Rock Festival around the mirror, Ivàn Navarro presents his works Beat (2016) and Silent (2017). His kinetic installations invite reflection on the mirror as an object that reflects and transforms reality.

As part of an exhibition on the maternal figure at Le Chronographe, in partnership with INRAP, Prune Nourry is presenting her work Femme Miracle Enceinte (2021) and will be in dialogue with specialists about their interpretation of a Paleolithic Venus. The H+ Art Museum, located in the Suzhou Gusu district of China, inaugurates its space with Roaming the Cosmos of the Heart-Infinite, an exhibition designed as a three-dimensional garden inviting contemplative strolls. Hans Op de Beeck’s Vanishing Point is presented in Chapter 2 of the exhibition, entitled “Echoes of the Deep,” a quieter, more meditative space. Curated by Zhang Zikang and H+ Art Museum.

Cité internationale de la tapisserie d’Aubusson, Aubusson

To celebrate the Cité’s 10th anniversary and its expansion, an inaugural exhibition presents sixty works by contemporary artists. Gérard Garouste is exhibiting Le Murex et l’Araigné inspired by the myth of Arachne as recounted in Ovid’s Metamorphosis.

Al Maaden Museum of Contemporary African Art, Marrakesh (Morocco)

For this project, Prune Nourry and Ada Bantu collaborated with Obafemi Awolowo University in Ife-Ife, 108 students from Nigeria, and the families of the Chibok girls kidnapped by Boko Haram in 2014. 108 faces were molded by potters and students from portraits of the missing girls, forming an indivisible “army of girls.”
The exhibition continues its journey in Marrakesh.

Following its success in Japan, the Galerie du 19M exhibition returns to France to celebrate the creative dialogue between Japanese and French artisans and designers. Jeanne Vicerial will exhibit three Hinoki wood masks that she created using the traditional Japanese “Noh” technique during her residency at Villa Kujoyama in 2024. The masks were made in collaboration with artisan Mitsue Nakamura.

On the occasion of the group show Bonnes mères (Good Mothers) at the Mucem in Marseille, Omar Ba, Pierre et Gilles, and Prune Nourry will each exhibit a work on the theme of motherhood and its representations: Guéno (2024), La Vierge à l’enfant (Hafsia Herzi and Loric) from 2009, and Empreinte d’une Grande Vénus (Lespugue) from 2024.
